Type of Travel Provided by this Program

Travel arrangements for all types of leisure travel will be provided by experienced professionals. The scope of this travel is broad including nearly all travel except point- to-point airline tickets which generally can be purchased less expensively on the Internet. This includes cruises, tour packages, family vacations at resorts, and honeymoons. Airline tickets which are part of a travel package such as those related to cruises, land tours, resorts, etc., will be arranged in accordance with the needs of the traveler. Please call if you have questions in this regard.

Accounting for Traveler's Purchases

This travel is available to cadets, graduates, parents, families, and friends of West Point as well as other service academies. When calling for information or to request travel service, please identify yourself as a member of the West Point family by class year. For all others who are not graduates or cadets, please give the class year of the West Point graduate or cadet you are associated. All others simply indicate that you are part of the West Point family. This will ensure accounting for all travel thereby maximizing the donation described above. Failure to do so will result in lost donations. The above applies also to any West-Point.Org subscribers such as Naval Academy folks and others. Accounts will be established for the Navy family as well as others as they are identified to us.
